Use Every Skill You Can to Conquer the Timeless Rift

  You've probably noticed that while in the Timeless Rift, Heroes get special expanded skill slots that aren't like the normal skill slots.

• 

  Those special slots are where you can equip any of the skills you get from Battle Rewards or Vanir Seals!

• 

  Did you say "any" of the skills?! Does that mean I can equip a bunch of skills meant for flying and armored units and turn myself into an aerial fortress?!

• 

  Sorry, let me clarify: there are some restrictions based on weapon and movement types. Some skills are more compatible with certain Heroes than others, too, so you'll need to choose carefully.

  So much for my dream of being both invincible and airborne at the same time...

• 

  You still have a wealth of options for your expanded skill slots, though. You might find some interesting ways to realize your Heroes' potential! Try them out and see what you come up with.

In addition to the normal A, B, C, and S skill slots, the Heroes you use in this event will get three extra levels of skill slots for each category.

Slot Unlock on Normal Skill Slots

Initially, normal skill slots will be sealed. Use Random Slot Unlock via Battle Rewards or Vanir Seals to unlock one random skill equipped by a member of your team.

Equip Skills to Expanded Skill Slots

Team Slot Unlock, which you can get as a Battle Reward for defeating a sub-boss, will unlock one expanded skill slot for your entire team. These expanded skill slots are where you can equip the skills you receive as rewards.

Bonus Heroes Get Additional Free Slots

Bonus Heroes (displayed on the event's main page) will receive HP+10 and Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 when included on your team. And in addition to expanded skill slots, they also get an extra skill slot that can be used to equip an additional A, B, or C skill.

When you reach a Vanir Seal on the map, you can exchange the Rift Vessels you've earned as Battle Rewards to unlock your skills or to acquire new ones. Think about the lineup of skills you're aiming for, and choose wisely!
